About Claire Addis

Claire has experienced first hand the impact of mental and emotional health problems for herself and her family.

Having tried an extensive range of therapies, approaches and modalities Claire experienced the benefits and pitfalls of many treatment styles. It was here at this juncture of heightened personal experience and awareness that Claire found her passion and calling to be of service to others - taking her learnings to help others in similar situations.

Knowing the moment she discovered Strategic Psychotherapy as a proactive approach to help move clients to significant outcomes meant that Claire, had found the key to helping others with mental and emotional health - by redirecting focus to positive desired outcomes.

Claire has helped people from all ages and backgrounds work through personal issues to develop strategies for actionable change. More recently she has had a particular interest in working with young adults finding difficulty navigating through life and social performance.

Claire is a Government Accredited Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and Strategic Psychotherapist (10791NAT), as well as a Certified NLP Practitioner.
